Project Overview
The project was an existing 42,000 SF building that was an Albertsons’ store, which was gutted and turned into a new Walmart Neighborhood Market. Work included removing and replacing approximately 20,000 SF of concrete slab, structural upgrades for new refrigeration and HVAC units, a vapor mitigation system and epoxy sealer on the floor due to soil contamination. Project included new interior framing and drywall, and all new plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
