What is ESOP?
An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a qualified retirement benefit plan that enables you to own part of the Sletten company. It allows us to set up a trust fund where we hold company shares or cash on your behalf, which you can access upon retiring or leaving Sletten after a certain tenure.

How ESOP works for you
An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) enables employees to own part of the company they work for. Individual employees accumulate shares in their retirement accounts over time, and they cash in on those shares when they retire or leave. All stock contributions are in addition to salary and benefits; no employee contribution is required.
The ESOP is the center point of the Sletten Benefits Plan. It aligns the goals of the employees and the company to deliver long-term success for both. The ESOP allows every employee a stake in Sletten’s success.

To gain and share knowledge, you are encouraged to attend educational ESOP events such as seminars etc., in accordance with federal government regulations and our ESOP Committee.

To eliminate prohibitive waiting times between asking for help and receiving support, Sletten has partnered with Resource Employee Care.
