Project Overview

The project involved the construction of a 500,000 square foot, four-story post-tensioned parking garage, accommodating 1600 parking stalls. Concrete work totaled 18.5K cubic yards, representing a significant portion of the project budget. The garage features metal panels for aesthetics and security, including two-tone perforated panels on the front and chain-link fence panels at the rear. Additionally, a three-story terminal connector was built to link the garage with existing facilities, enhancing functionality across the 430,000 square feet of new construction.
